There are a few reasons why you might be getting an “Invalid Password” error message:
Your password, which is a combination of your Account Number and Zip Code, is sensitive to how both these elements appear on your FDJ French Dressing statement.
This means, for example, that neither Account Number 12345 and 012345 nor Zip Code 976 and 00976, are equivalent, respectively.
